Enjoy nature at its best, about 500m walking distance of the beach and 5min drive from the town Groot Brak, where all the shops are situated and about 3km from De Dekke centre. There are 3 bedrooms in this house. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed and built-in cupboards with en-suite bathroom (Sea View) 2nd bedroom - double bed and Built-in cupboards (Sea View) 3rd bedroom - double bed and Built-in cupboards. 2nd bathroom equipped with a shower / toilet and basin. Bedding and Bath towels will be available, guests to only bring their own swimming towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, dishwasher, washing machine and all essential utensils. Outdoor Braai The house has DSTV available and Wifi. 1 Garage and Outside parking available - very safe area. The house can comfortably sleep max 6 people and is available for holiday rental From 15 December 2024 to 5 January 2025 (minimum 10 days per booking or more) 50% Deposit to confirm your booking. The other 50% 2 weeks before arrival. We charge a R2500 breakage deposit (refundable) and R700 cleaning fee. In Season - R3400 per day (minimum 10 days) The breakage deposit will be refunded after 7 days after departure.
